Arriving at NA 2008
Registration Information | I-X Center Info
If you pre-registered for NA 2008 and already have your badge, proceed to a badge holder pick-up counter and exchange half of your badge for a badge holder. You may then proceed directly to the show floor. International attendees should bring your badge to the International Business Center located in the main registration area. If you do not have a badge, proceed to the NA 2008 Self-Registration counter. NA 2008 registration is located near the I-X Center entrance.
You must be 18 years or older to enter the exhibit halls. Lost badges may be replaced at the registration service desk.
Registration Information
Badges will be mailed to all pre-registered attendees in late February and early March 2008. Attendees who pre-registered, but did not receive their badge, should proceed to the pre-registration counter. To register on-site, proceed to the on-site registration counter. Self-registration on-site is free. A separate fee schedule applies for NA 2008 Workshop registration.

Monday: 7:30am - 4:00pm
Tuesday: 7:30am - 4:00pm
Wednesday: 7:30am - 4:00pm
Thursday: 7:30am - 2:00pm
Free self-registration is available on-site at the show.
International Attendees
International attendees must register at the International Visitors Center (IVC). Translators, telephones, conference rooms and light refreshments will be available for international visitors during show hours.
Exhibitor/Product Locator Service
You will find a locator service on the show floor. This service provides a road map of the show floor to help attendees find particular products and exhibitors.
FREE SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE
NA 2008 will offer complimentary shuttle busses between these show hotels and the I-X Center. Busses will run between the I-X Center and all designated NA 2008 Show hotels April 21 - 24, 2008. Bus schedules will be posted at the I-X Center and in each hotel.

Free Shuttles will run continuously between the I-X Center and the Airport on NA 2008 show days.

First Aid
A first aid station will be open during show hours.
Photographs
No photography allowed on show floor except by authorized press.
Parking
Parking is $7 per vehicle. The cost of parking includes the Brook Park City tax and 24-hour security surveillance. With 10,000 parking spaces available, there is plenty of parking available. Please remember, if you leave the parking lot during a show, you must REPAY the parking fee upon RE-ENTRY.
Children
For insurance reasons, no children under the age of 18 will be admitted on the show floor.
Baggage Check
No suitcases allowed on the show floor. You may check baggage for a nominal charge near the main entrance.
Banking Services
An ATM available in both the east and west lobbies of the I-X Center.
Lost and Found
During the show all items are taken to the Box Office. After the show all items are taken to our Customer Service area. Please call (216) 265-2500 for more information.
Services for Visitors / Exhibitors with Disabilities
The I-X Center is ADA compliant. Wheelchairs on a first-come, first-served basis at no charge, but a photo ID must be left with the attendant. Call 800.795.9690 for more information.
Food Services
For your convenience, the I-X Center has numerous concession stands with a variety of food items including: hamburgers, hot dogs, salads, deli sandwiches, pizza, fries, pretzels, assorted snacks, and more. Prices range from: $2-$5 per item.
